This Warranty Policy explains the workmanship warranty provided on services performed by HasVolt. Our warranty reflects our commitment to quality, professional workmanship, and customer satisfaction. This warranty applies only to work performed directly by authorized HasVolt technicians.

Warranty Coverage

HasVolt provides a workmanship warranty based on the type of service performed. Warranty periods begin from the date of successful service completion:

30 Days

Repairs & Minor Fixes

Troubleshooting, switch replacement, socket fixes, MCB tripping resolution.

6 Months

Point & Appliance Installs

Geyser, AC point, distribution board wiring, fan installation & fixture points.

1 Year

Full Turnkey Project Work

Full house wiring, renovation cabling, earthing systems & commercial project work.

What Is Covered

The workmanship warranty covers defects directly related to the quality of installation or repair performed by HasVolt technicians. If a covered workmanship issue is reported during the applicable warranty period, HasVolt will inspect the work and, where applicable, repair the workmanship at no additional labour cost.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Customer-supplied materials & appliances
Manufacturing defects in materials
Pre-existing faulty wiring or hidden defects
Third-party repairs, modifications, or tampering
Power fluctuations or DISCOM power surges
Water damage, fire, flood, or natural disasters
Damage caused by misuse or negligence
Appliances connected to the electrical system
Normal wear and ageing

Customer Responsibilities

Use electrical installations safely within limits.

Avoid unauthorized third-party modifications.

Report any workmanship issue promptly.

Allow HasVolt reasonable access for inspection.

Retain original invoice or service record.

Warranty Claim Process

Share the invoice or booking reference (if available).

Explain the reported electrical issue clearly.

Allow physical on-site inspection by an authorized technician.

Inspection Before Warranty Approval

All warranty claims are subject to inspection. If inspection determines that the issue resulted from any of the following, the repair may be treated as a new chargeable service:

Customer Misuse
Existing Faults
Third-party Work
Material Defects
Natural Wear

Warranty Limitations

The warranty applies only to the workmanship performed by HasVolt. This warranty does not extend or transfer manufacturer warranties provided with electrical products, appliances, switches, cables, or other materials.

Limitation of Liability

HasVolt's warranty is limited to correcting verified workmanship defects covered by this policy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HasVolt shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from electrical failures beyond the scope of our workmanship.
